FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How long does it take to receive images?
A: Typically you will receive either a link to proof and select images for purchase or you will receive a link to download your images within 3 business days.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Full payment is due when scheduling your session date and time. We except all forms of payment and all services are subject to state sales tax. Please contact us for a quote or check out our prices page for general pricing information.
Q: Can you photograph the property on multiple days?
A: We are able to set up multiple sessions to take pictures of your property in stages. There is an additional fee in addition to the package you select.
Q: Do you photograph with a wide angle lens?
A: We do photograph with a wide angle lens but also can photograph with multiple focal lengths, depending on your needs.
CHECK LIST
- Make sure the property is clean, free of clutter and staged.
- Turn all lights on, replace non-working bulbs.
- Turn off all ceiling fans
- Clean all mirrors and windows.
- Manicure lawn and flower beds.
- Remove vehicles from the driveway.
- Remove trashcans, recycle bins, garden hoses, and debris.
- Remove all other items you don’t want photographed.
- The location is photographed the way it is presented. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure property is fully ready to photograph
